Once your order is placed online, it is sent to our production team that will print, cut and sew your order. This process can usually take up 3 - 5 business days depending on orders and our workload. During busy seasons it can take up to 7-14 business days.

Your leggings are handcrafted and require some time to ensure they are perfect for you before shipping. Once your order is complete, we will then ship your order to you.

If your tracking says your package was delivered but you did not receive it or the package is missing, please contact your local USPS carrier to report the issue concerning your stolen / lost / undelivered parcel.

Once you have contacted the post office concerning your stolen / lost / undelivered parcel, please email us at: [email protected] along with your open case number from the shipping carrier for the lost package and we will work with you to see if we will need to re-send your order or issue a refund on a case-by case basis.
